Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email
with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier, but most
orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Merry & Gold is not responsible for delays or delivery issues
caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within
7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Returns
We want you to feel confident about your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return
within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in
their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process
your refund to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a
damaged or incorrect item.
To begin a return, please contact us and include your order number
and a brief description of the issue. We will respond with
instructions for completing the return.
